Payment:
- All course fees must be paid before starting the paid course.
- Payment can be made via VodaFone Cash only.
Refund:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course start date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have completed more than 30% of the course.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request approval.
- If the course was purchased through a third-party platform, the refund will follow their terms and conditions.
- No refunds will be granted for courses that are marked as “completed” or if the refund request is made after the 30-day period.
