Payment & Refund Policy

Payment:

  1. All course fees must be paid before starting the paid course.
  2. Payment can be made via VodaFone Cash only.

Refund:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the course start date.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have completed more than 30% of the course.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request approval.
  4. If the course was purchased through a third-party platform, the refund will follow their terms and conditions.
  5. No refunds will be granted for courses that are marked as “completed” or if the refund request is made after the 30-day period.
